Please read the notes below to make sure you understand the plan for student parking.
All members of the college community are expected to familiarize themselves with the college rules and regulations and to cooperate in respecting these rules and regulations.

Preference for vehicle registration is given to all seniors, juniors and sophomores (excluding first-year students). 毕业生贴花, Special Academic Programs and IDP students may be obtained at the beginning of the semester. It should be affixed to the windshield in the lower right-hand corner.
Parking decals are non-transferable and can only be obtained through the 校园安全 Office. Parking decals are used for identification only and decals do not constitute permission to park in a restricted area or during restricted hours, 它也不能保证有停车位.

All registration fees are billed through the Student Accounts Office.

学生 are responsible for moving vehicles from restricted lots on time. Vehicles parked in a Fire Lane will be removed from campus immediately.
Blocking other vehicles and parking in a Handicapped Zone without appropriate state permit are cause for removal from campus.
There is no parking in pedestrian areas, nor parking allowed on the grass or on interior roadways.
Anyone who wishes to park on city streets (Crescent Street, 艾伦坊或书院台), does so at their own risk and is subject to the parking laws and ordinances of the City of 哈特福德.

Payments can be made at the 校园安全 Office and 提交ted to Student Accounts. The indicated fine must be paid within 10 days of the dated violation. Responsibility for prompt payment rests with the registered operator of the offending vehicle. 付款时间为周一至周五上午9点.m. 下午4点.m. All unpaid fines are sent to Student Financial Services to be posted for billing.
Vehicles accumulating more than five parking tickets per year will lose on-campus parking privileges and will be subject to removal from campus.

Vehicles will be towed from Campus for the following reasons. 校园安全 will not make “courtesy calls” to prevent a vehicle from towing when a vehicle is found in violation of the following:
- the vehicle is parked in handicapped spaces without a permit.

There are many reasons to appeal the issuance of a parking ticket. 每一项上诉都将根据其本身的是非曲实加以权衡. 但请注意, that College policy states that the ticket must be appealed within 10 DAYS OF THE VIOLATION. Failure to appeal within the defined period of 10 days will be grounds for denial.
